These terms apply to weekly menu orders, cakes, homemade meals, desserts, and other accepted requests.
Order confirmation
Submitting an order request does not reserve food or guarantee availability. Leah's Kitchen will confirm the items, quantity, pickup details, and total before requesting payment.
Required 50% deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve every confirmed order. The deposit is nonrefundable because it holds kitchen time and may be used to purchase ingredients and begin preparation. An order is not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed by Leah's Kitchen.
Balance paid at pickup
The remaining 50% balance is due in person at the confirmed pickup location. Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Tap to Pay are accepted at pickup. The full balance must be paid before the order is released to the customer.
Cancellations and changes
Customer cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the deposit or any other payment already made. Requested changes are subject to approval, availability, and possible price adjustments. A change is not accepted until Leah's Kitchen confirms it.
Pickup and missed orders
Customers are responsible for collecting orders during the confirmed pickup window. Orders that are not collected may be forfeited or discarded when necessary for quality and food safety. Missed pickups are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.
If Leah's Kitchen cancels
If Leah's Kitchen is unable to fulfill a confirmed order, the customer will receive a refund of payments made for that order or may choose an approved credit or rescheduled date.
Weekly menu deadlines
Weekly menu items are available only during the posted order window. When the countdown ends, ordering closes and the menu may be removed. Availability can end sooner if an item sells out.
Agreement and exceptions
By submitting an order request and sending payment, the customer confirms that the order details and these policies have been reviewed and accepted. These policies apply except where a different written agreement is approved by Leah's Kitchen or where applicable law requires otherwise.
